We ship jewellery once we have successfully charged the customer

We currently ship inside the United States. Once orders have been successfully processed customers will be notified by email.

Product Availability

We will immediately notify customers and refund them if we are unable to ship the jewellery items. This may be due to out of stock items or unexpected depletion of ranges due to the limited edition nature of much of the jewellery.

Shipping

Although we aim to send all customer orders by next working day delivery, but please allow 14 days for delivery of in-stock items. If the items a customer orders are out of stock they will be notified by telephone or email.

Customer orders will be shipped fully insured. It is important that all customers inspect their package for any damage of tampering before receiving the package or signing for receipt.

Your Cancellation Rights

Gold-N-Diamonds Inc, Atlanta, GA gives its customers the right to cancel their order up to 7 working days from receipt of their jewellery. Any customer who wishes to cancel may do so without any explanation to ourselves. This must be done by phone and on completion of this process we will issue the customer a returns ID. The Customer MUST NOT return any item to us without first getting a returns ID. To do so will delay the refund process. Currently customers are required to pay the return shipping fees. We recommend that an insured postal service is used. We will issue a refund to the customer within 30 days of receipt of returned items. In order to receive a refund the items must be returned in the condition they were dispatched in and must not show any damage or breakage from misuse. There is a minimal 5% refund charge to cover credit card processing and stock replacement fees. 

Please note: We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage upon delivery before signing for receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of company management.

Validity of these Terms

If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed and enforced under the laws of the State of Georgia, as though made and to be fully performed there. All litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement or any Gold-N-Diamonds Inc. sale must be commenced and pursued in Dekalb, Georgia
